Course Registration Form
We are looking forward to working with you soon. To join in your selected Training Event, simply fill out the registration form and transfer your deposit (50% of the workshop fee). Payment details are below the form, any questions get in touch!
The form can be a little slow! Please make sure you receive the confirmation screen that your form has been submitted before you navigate away from the page (it can take a couple of seconds to process).

PAYMENT DETAILS
Your registration is complete on receipt of your 50% deposit (minimum), and you place is fully confirmed on finalisation of all course fees (due no later than 2 weeks prior to the course start date).

Details such as date of birth, previous performance experience and any Medical History you provide may be shared with the tutors and directors who will directly be working with you.
